Battery Status is a lightweight application which supports monitoring and saving the battery of your Android device. In a simple and sleek way displays the basic parameters of your battery and it's health status. The application was made in accordance with the latest Material Design principles (works also on old Android devices!) and will be updated in the future!
With Battery Status you can easily check the basic battery parameters:
- Charge level (%)
- Temperature (in Celsius or Fahrenheit degrees - can be changed in settings)
- Voltage
- Health status
- Technology
Application allows you to create customizable widget which displays the battery charge level (percent). Using simple settings, you can change the color and size of the text displayed on the widget.
Battery Status also displays a notification indicating the current battery level, temperature and voltage. Information is also displayed on status bar. You can always disable the notification in the app settings.

Widget does not create automatically, you have to add it manually. The procedure for creating a widget can run a bit differently on different phones:
Method 1:
press the home button -> menu button -> widgets -> select battery status

open the list of installed applications by pressing home -> applications -> widgets -> drag battery status to the main desktop

Important notes:

- Battery Status may not work properly if it is controlled by any task killer
- Due to the limitations of the Android platform, widgets will not be available if you move application to the SD card
- Battery Status is optimized and does not increase the battery drain
- Application runs on Android version 2.3.3+
